If you, your partner, your dependant or anyone else you live with develops any symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste), then the Government advice is that YOU ALL have to self-isolate. (Please click here for more information: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-and-treatment/when-to-self-isolate-and-what-to-do/)
IN ADDITION, the person suffering the symptoms needs to get a test (Click here to get started https://self-referral.test-for-coronavirus.service.gov.uk/antigen/name) or by calling 119. You will need to self-isolate as stated above until you receive a negative result even whilst waiting for the test.
They only need to have ONE of the three symptoms (i.e. a high temperature; OR a new, continuous cough; OR a loss/change to your sense of smell/taste) for the above to apply.
