Register for GP Online Services

GP Online Services allow patients to book appointments, request medication, view medical records and more.

Registering for GP Online Services

If you are 16+ with suitable photo ID, you can self-register by downloading the NHS App (Note: This is not the NHS COVID App).

If you are unable to get through the self-registration, please contact the surgery for an alternative method of accessing online services.

If you require online services for someone who lacks capacity to make their own care decision (e.g. very young children or an ill relative), please first self-register for the NHS App for yourself and then contact the surgery regarding adding additional patients to your account.

Received login details?

If you’ve been given a printout or sent your login details via email/SMS, you can use your SystmOnline account at or to use the Airmid app (details below).

Depending on your circumstances, you may be advised by surgery staff to use a different GP Online Services app. This means you can make use of alternative features such as electronic “token” delivery (if you don’t use a regular pharmacy, this is the barcode a pharmacy scans to get your electronic prescription) or receiving some communications via app notification rather than letter/email/SMS. You can use the same NHS Login details for Airmid and the NHS App so if you choose to switch it’s simple.

Airmid is available on Google Play and the App Store.
